• Heating and cooling function (12 zones) suitable for various lead-free soldering substrates
• N2 (nitrogen) supply type maintains optimal soldering quality for both lead-free and leaded solder

AI500C 2D PCB Inspection System
• Same GANTRY robot structure as odd-form mounter
• Multi-step speed control of PCB conveyor belt to minimize board impact
• Automatically detects and judges missing insertion, reverse insertion, wrong insertion, cold soldering, lifted parts, etc.
• Compact size design with NG buffer
• Defect details for bad boards can be checked at NG buffer
